What can I learn from this page?

What to do next if you’re a current Disco subscriber and how to learn more about Shoutouts, Culture Amp’s recognition solution.

Who is this guide for?

Current or prospective Disco and Culture Amp customers.

Since joining forces with Culture Amp in 2021, the Disco team has been working on a new recognition tool called Shoutouts. Shoutouts combines Disco’s recognition expertise with Culture Amp’s people science to help companies build a culture of appreciation.

We’re pleased to announce that Shoutouts are now available on Slack, and will be available on MS Teams later this year.

If you’re interested in a recognition solution...

Speak to our team about Shoutouts. It’s a real-time recognition tool that helps celebrate, socialize and reinforce behaviors to intentionally shape culture and improve performance. Learn more about Shoutouts and get in touch.

If you’re a current Disco customer...

The legacy Disco app you’ve been using will be discontinued on July 31st 2023. Here’s how to export your Disco data and uninstall the Disco app.

To continue growing your recognition programs, consider trying Shoutouts. It’s free for all Culture Amp customers, and to show our appreciation for your support, we’re offering Disco customers a 25% discount on subscriptions to Culture Amp’s Engage, Perform or Develop products. To find out more, speak to our team.

If you’re a current Culture Amp customer...

Shoutouts is included for free, as part of your subscription. Learn how to set it up or contact your Culture Amp customer success coach.
