Our Manager Effectiveness benchmark is based on our Google Oxygen inspired Manager Effectiveness survey and will allow your company and your managers to see how they are doing compared to other managers around the world. Anatomy of the benchmark:

The benchmark data is aggregated from over 50,000 respondents (reporting to ~7000 managers with 3 or more reports) from nearly 100 companies. The median number of respondents per manager was 6.

Insight: Manager do particularly well at showing that they care about employees but relative to the other measures many managers have opportunities to increase their focus on developing talent, providing a clear vision and goal setting.




What has the biggest impact on manager effectiveness?

Insight: Managers keeping their teams informed and supporting their development were the highest impacting questions on overall manager effectiveness.
