Culture Amp has recently announced the acquisition of the recognition platform, Disco.
Disco helps companies measure and improve company culture. Every day thousands of employees use the Disco platform to recognise and celebrate values-driven work, foster team appreciation and build employee engagement.

At Culture Amp, we’re excited to bring these Disco capabilities into the current product offering in 2022. This will help us achieve the vision of creating a better world of work, by amplifying the experience and impact that over 100 million people are having at work.
In the meantime, the Culture Amp team will be ensuring minimal disruption to the Disco product and we will announce the longer term plans for our recognition product in 2022.

In the short term, there will be no change in the product offerings for Culture Amp or Disco and both platforms will continue to run independently. We are aiming for a consistent experience for our customers and look to achieve this by consolidating our product within the one Culture Amp platform. We will work closely with customers in 2022 to ensure a seamless experience.
I am a current Disco customer, what does this announcement mean for me?
There will be no short term impact to your Disco experience and both platforms will continue to operate independently. You will continue to have the experience, capabilities and support they've always received and as Culture Amp welcomes Disco employees into our company, your experience will only improve with our best in class customer service and support offering.
How do I get support on using Disco now?
