Culture Amp will be ending access to the D&I Starter Kit for all users from 15 December 2021.

At Culture Amp, our mission is to amplify the experience of 100 million people at work, and we know that helping our customers build equitable workplaces is a core part of that mission. As we’ve looked at this goal, we’ve had to make the difficult decision that our D&I Starter Kit isn’t the right way to achieve that mission. In lieu of this offering, we’re working to make more resources publicly available to ensure that you can keep moving the needle on your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. You can access those resources here.

In order to help you maximize the impact of your data, we’ve put together this guide to help you:

• Access your data within the platform
• Preserve insights and analysis from your Inclusion survey(s)
• Delete any data you’ve collected that is held by Culture Amp

What is changing?

From 1 October 2021, it will no longer be possible for new users to sign up for the Culture Amp D&I Starter Kit, there will be no change for current users. From 15 December 2021 access for all users will end and it will no longer be possible to launch or view any D&I survey on the Starter Kit.

Exporting Starter Kit survey results

In order to export your Starter Kit results, you have multiple options. You may either take screenshots of relevant results or use the kit’s export to Powerpoint feature.

Exporting to PowerPoint

To generate a Powerpoint presentation of your survey results, follow these steps:

1. Go to the results for your survey
2. Click Export results in the top right-hand corner.
   

Depending on the size of your survey, the download may take a few seconds or up to a minute to generate. It will download to your computer.

When will Culture Amp have another product like the Starter Kit? 

We are looking at how we currently support customers on their DEI journey and looking at how we enable that with resources and our product. We plan to have an update on our plans in early 2022. 

Why is Culture Amp deprecating the Starter Kit?

We’ve determined that while we are dedicated to our mission to help our customers amplify DEI within their organizations, this tool it’s the right way to achieve that mission. 

How can I maintain my Culture Amp account? 

The D&I Starter Kit will be unavailable after 15 December 2021, and data cannot be ported between Starter Kit and paid accounts.
