2021 Culture Amp Company Shutdown


As we lead into the end of 2021, we could all benefit from a mental and physical reset before heading into 2022. As a company, we’ve decided to give our employees a week to refresh over the holidays. This is our way of walking the walk of being Culture First.

We are grateful to you as Culture Amp customers and we hope you take time to refresh yourselves, as well.

 

Most importantly, we want to assure you that your access to the product will not be interrupted and we will be actively monitoring our systems through this period. Please read on for more details:

 

What does this mean for me as a customer?

Our Product Support and Customer Success teams will be recognizing the period of Friday, December 24th through Sunday, January 2nd as a company holiday. Your access to the product will not be interrupted and we will be actively monitoring our systems through this period. We are reaching out so that you are aware of this closure. We suggest that you get in touch with your Coach or with Product Support ahead of December 24th if this impacts your survey or cycle launch plan. During this period, our chat function will be offline, however, please continue to use support@cultureamp.com for any urgent inquiries. Responses may be delayed, but we will have a reduced team online to review incoming inquiries and respond as soon as possible. 

 

What dates are included in this shutdown?

Our Product Support and Customer Success teams will be available via our normal channels of chat and email until Thursday, December 23rd, at which point chat will be turned off in the platform until Monday, January 3rd 2022.

Please note Monday, January 3rd is a holiday in Australia and the United Kingdom. Live chat will be available on this day in the United States time zones only. 

 

What if I have an emergency?

We will not be rolling out any updates or new features that may impact you during this period and our teams will be actively monitoring our systems during this time period and will be available for any emergency. We encourage you to get in touch with Product Support ahead of December 23rd to get the resources you need so you can also enjoy your own holiday break. Our strong recommendation is not to launch a survey or a cycle during this time period.

 

Why is Culture Amp closing down during this period?

As a company, we are excited about what 2022 has in store for us and what that means for you as a customer. In order to ensure we give you the best experience, we want to make sure we start the year off fresh. We believe the best way to do that is to give our teams time to refresh over this holiday period so we can come back and hit the ground running in the new year.
