As 2022 comes to a close, we feel that it is important to give our employees dedicated space to recharge for the year ahead. What does this mean for me as a customer?
We know our Product Support team is a valued resource to our customers, so we will continue to have a reduced team online to review incoming inquiries and respond via email only at firstname.lastname@example.org. Responses may be delayed, so we appreciate your patience during this time. Our live chat function will be offline from close of business Friday, 23rd December 2022.
The remainder of our Product Support and Customer Success teams will recognize 26th December - 2nd January as a company holiday shutdown, your access to Culture Amp will not be interrupted.
Our teams will return refreshed and available to support you as you kick off the new year on Tuesday, 3rd January 2023.
We suggest that you get in touch with your Customer Success Coach or with Product Support ahead of 23rd December if this impacts a planned survey or cycle launch, or any other activities in Culture Amp. During this period, our chat function will be offline, however, please continue to use email@example.com for any urgent inquiries. Responses may be delayed, but we will have a reduced team online to review incoming inquiries and respond as soon as possible.
What dates are included in this shutdown?
Our Product Support and Customer Success teams will be available via our normal channels of chat and email until Friday, December 23rd, at which point chat will be turned off in the platform until Tuesday, January 3rd 2023.
What if I have an emergency?
We will not be rolling out any updates or new features that may impact you during this period and our teams will be actively monitoring our systems during this time period and will be available for any emergency via firstname.lastname@example.org. We encourage you to get in touch with Product Support ahead of December 23rd to get the resources you need so you can also enjoy your own holiday break.
Why is Culture Amp closing down during this period?
As a company, we are excited about what 2023 has in store for us and what that means for you as a customer. In order to ensure we give you the best experience, we want to make sure we start the year off fresh. We believe the best way to do that is to give our teams time to refresh over this holiday period so we can come back and hit the ground running in the new year.
