We are inviting a select group of customers to get exclusive early access to the next evolution of Culture Amp's platform experience before General Availability in January 2027.
By joining our Early Access Program (EAP), you will test the new sidebar navigation, dedicated Admin Zone, and updated main platform experience in your live account, giving your team early access to a clearer workspace while helping us refine the experience and rollout guidance ahead of General Availability.
ℹ️ Important consideration before you apply: This is a permanent, one-way update. Joining the EAP permanently upgrades your organization's account to the new experience. You will not be able to revert to the legacy navigation.
What’s changing?
Instead of changing what your tools can do, we're improving how you find, manage, and move through your daily tasks:
New sidebar navigation: A clearer layout designed to make it easier to move across the platform.
Dedicated Admin Zone: A centralized workspace built specifically for platform setup and administrative management.
Updated main platform experience: Clearer wayfinding for Admins, Managers, and Individual Contributors across the platform.
What will look different?
Here's a quick look at what changes for you day to day:
Today | The new Culture Amp experience |
Menus and settings sit in a bar across the top of the screen. | A sidebar navigation panel stays visible as you move around the platform. |
Admin settings are mixed in with your everyday navigation. | A dedicated Admin Zone brings setup and administrative tasks into one place. |
Finding a specific survey, cycle, or task means working through the existing menus. | The layout is designed to surface what's most relevant, like your live surveys, performance cycles, and 1-on-1s, so it's easier to find your way around. |
These are structural mock-ups showing layout and navigation only, not final visual designs.

What stays the same
All your existing functionality is still available, and your account data isn't changing. This program only changes how you navigate and access things. It doesn't move, alter, or remove anything you've already set up.
What to expect & program timeline
Participation is designed to fit naturally into your everyday workflows, no special preparation required. Because this is an early version of our new experience, you may occasionally encounter bugs, loading issues, or workflows that are still being refined. Your feedback will help us identify friction and improve the experience before General Availability. See Demystifying EAPs for more general information on what you can expect during an EAP.

Your existing functionality remains available. The EAP changes the navigation and administrative layouts, not the functionality available in the platform.
Can we return to the current navigation?
Can we return to the current navigation?
No. Joining the EAP is a permanent, one-way change for your entire organization. Once you join, you won't be able to switch back to the current navigation.
Do we need to prepare custom training for our employees?
Do we need to prepare custom training for our employees?
No advance prep is needed. While formal platform training materials are still being finalized during this early access phase, the in-app prompts and support guides will give your team everything needed to hit the ground running.
How do we report bugs or feedback during the program?
How do we report bugs or feedback during the program?
We use two channels, depending on what you want to tell us:
Product feedback (what's working, what's confusing, what could be clearer): share it through the EAP surveys or a research conversation.
Technical issues (something isn't working, an error, a bug): contact Product Support the same way you always do.
