Culture Amp Training is a learning platform designed to help you and your team get the most out of Culture Amp. Here's what you can do:
Take on-demand courses to learn at your own pace.
Register for live training sessions to upskill in real-time.
Upskill managers and employees with targeted resources.
Access a variety of resources to maximize the value of Culture Amp.
How Do I Access Culture Amp Training?
Click the Help & chat button in the top-right corner of any page in Culture Amp.
Select Culture Amp Training in the Help widget.
Log in using the same username and password you use for Culture Amp.
Tip: Bookmark www.cultureamptraining.com for direct access!
Domain Selection
When logging in, select the domain that matches your Culture Amp account:
cultureamp.com
au.cultureamp.com
eu.cultureamp.com
Not Sure Which Domain to Select?
If you're not sure which domain is correct for your account, open Culture Amp in another tab while logged in, and check the web address (URL). If you see EU or AU, select that option from the drop-down. If neither appears, choose the US option.
Note: Your account domain depends on your data hosting location, not your physical geography. If unsure, always follow the steps above to verify your specific domain before proceeding.
Who Can Access Culture Amp Training?
All Culture Amp users can access the training platform. If you’ve never logged in before, follow these steps:
Click Forgot Password on the login page.
Follow the instructions in our Reset guide to set up your password.
What is the Consent Page?
When you first click Get trained up in Culture Amp, you’ll see a consent page. Culture Amp Training is hosted on Skilljar, and the consent page ensures your details (e.g., name, email) are securely sent to give you access to the platform.
What Happens if I Don’t Accept?
If you decline consent, you won’t be able to access on-demand courses or live training. However, you can still use the Support Guide to explore help articles.
