Before you start
⚠️ Account requirements: you need access to a Greenhouse account with admin privileges to complete this task.

Fetch API key from Greenhouse
Log in to your Greenhouse account (make sure you have Admin privileges)
Click the Configure icon ⚙️ in the upper right-hand corner
Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel
Click API Credential Management
5. Click "Create a New API Key"
6. In the Create New Credential dialogue, make the following selection:
API Type: choose Harvest from the dropdown menu
Partner (if applicable): No need to select anything here
Description: type in People Analytics
7. Click Manage Permissions to generate your Harvest API ke
8. In the subsequent dialogue box, click Copy to save your API key to your clipboard
9. Store the API key in a secure place
10. Click I have stored the API Key once you have copied and saved the key
11. On the subsequent page, make sure to expand every segment (Applications, Candidates, Tags etc.) and select all attributes with the prefix GET (that will allow us to read data without the ability to alter it).
Enable Greenhouse Integration
1. In People Analytics, on the top right corner click on your name, then go to My Profile
2. At the bottom of the My Profile page you'll see the Connected Apps section. Choose Greenhouse and click Connect.
3. Paste your Greenhouse API key into the first field of the connection form.
4. Click Connect Greenhouse.
Your People Analytics profile is now connected with Greenhouse.
People Analytics will start fetching the data right away. The process will take a while to complete. Its duration varies depending on the number of things you track and their health.
Once it’s done, you will be all set to start exploring your people metrics. 🥳
Metrics imported from Greenhouse
The following metrics will show up in your People Analytics Stories and Chapters after you connect Greenhouse.
