People Analytics relies on external data to generate its metrics and reports. That’s why connecting your HRIS, ATS and other HR software tools is an essential step for setting up your People Analytics account.
Find your tool and obtain its API key
To connect People Analytics to your HRIS, ATS, PTO, PM, or any other HR tool we support, you need to obtain an API key from that other software. The specific steps involved vary from tool to tool.
Supported software integrations are listed on the My Profile page (accessible through the drop-down menu that opens when you click your name in the upper-right corner), under the Connected Apps section. Clicking Connect opens a pop-up with instructions.

Why are some connection buttons disabled?
This happens after you had already connected at least one external account.
It’s because you can only connect one account per tool type. For example, once you connect your HRIS account to People Analytics, buttons for connecting other HRIS tools will be disabled. The same applies to connecting ATS, PTO, PM, and any other accounts.
