Step-by-step guide for connecting your TalentLyft and People Analytics accounts.

Before you start

⚠️ Account requirements: you need access to a TalentLyft account with admin privileges to complete this task.

🚧 Caveat: third-party services and platforms may change the layout of their user interface and render this guide obsolete. Fetch API key from TalentLyft

  1. Log into your TalentLyft account.

  2. From the main navigation, click your profile picture

  3. From the left-hand navigation, go to API settings and then to Integrations

  4. Locate TalentLyft and click Settings

  5. From the Access token dialog, click Generate.

    You should get a key that looks similar to this:

  6. Copy the key!


Enable TalentLyft Integration

1. In People Analytics, on the top right corner click on your name, then go to My Profile

2. At the bottom of the My Profile page you'll see the Connected Apps section. Choose TalentLyft and click Connect.

3. Paste your TalentLyft API key into the first field of the connection form.

4. Click Connect TalentLyft.

Your People Analytics profile is now connected with TalentLyft.

People Analytics will start fetching the data right away. The process will take a while to complete. Its duration varies depending on the number of things you track and their health.

Once it’s done, you will be all set to start exploring your people metrics. πŸ₯³

The following metrics will show up in your People Analytics Stories and Chapters after you connect Talentlyft.
