Use Action plans to track and manage the next steps after survey results. You can create, view, and filter action plans based on different criteria, ensuring you're focused on what matters most.
Viewing Action plans
To find your actions, go to Action plans or Goals > Action plans (for Performance Users) in the navigation bar.
When you open the Action plans page, you'll see a list of plans linked to surveys you have access to. There are three views you can choose from:
My Action plans
View action plans you’ve created. This helps you track your own initiatives and progress.
Company actions
See action plans related to surveys where you’ve been added as a report viewer. This is useful for keeping track of cross-department or company-wide efforts.
All actionable reports
Displays all surveys you can create action plans for. This view is ideal if you’re responsible for managing actions across multiple surveys.
You can filter this view by survey type to focus on the surveys that matter most to you.
Engagement: For engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, benefits, and values surveys.
Effectiveness: For 360-degree feedback, team effectiveness, and manager effectiveness surveys.
Tip: Use these views to quickly switch between personal and team-wide action plans based on your role.
Filtering Action plans
You can filter action plans further by Current or Completed actions.
Current: Actions you’ve created for reports that were shared with you.
Completed: Actions you’ve completed for reports that were shared with you.
Tip: For administrators, there’s an additional option to view the Action dashboard by clicking on an action from the Action plans page. The Action Dashboard provides an overview of all actions taken across the platform.
