Self-Reflections
What’s changed | How it helps you |
Self-Reflections were previously housed in a separate tab. | Self-Reflections are now available under Performance > Reviews, centralizing your review process. |
Previously, employees could click into the Self-reflection section of a cycle and start typing in the answer fields immediately for submitted self-reflections. | Now, employees must click Edit to unlock editing options for any submitted reflections. This ensures that changes are intentional and helps prevent accidental edits. |
Peer & Upward Feedback
What’s changed | How it helps you |
Feedback couldn’t be edited after submission. | You can now edit peer or upward feedback after submission. |
| This allows you to clarify or fix any errors in your feedback, ensuring it’s always accurate. |
New Feedback Insights
What’s changed | How it helps you |
Feedback insights were limited in the previous experience. | You can now see detailed feedback metrics, such as completion rates, and view feedback requests for your own performance. |
| This gives you greater visibility into your feedback status, helping you stay informed throughout the review cycle. |
Manager Reviews
What’s changed | How it helps you |
Previously, managers could edit Manager Reviews, even after they had been shared, right up until the performance review cycle was closed. | Now, managers can no longer edit Manager Reviews once they have been shared, ensuring review integrity and finality. |
Previously, managers could click into the Manager review section of a cycle and start typing in the answer fields immediately. | Now, managers must first click into the cycle Manager review section and select Edit to unlock the editing options for any submitted manager reviews. This ensures changes are intentional and prevents accidental edits. |
Calibration Views
What’s changed | How it helps you |
Calibration views were previously accessed via email or via the in-platform notifications bell. | You now have a dedicated Calibrations tab. |
| This provides a more intuitive centralized view of all calibration views shared with you. |
Employee Profile
What’s changed | How it helps you |
The employee profile layout has changed from horizontal tabs to a vertical layout. | The new vertical layout simplifies navigation and makes it easier to find the information you need. |
| All previous data remains, plus new features like role competencies and external feedback have been added. |
Simplified Navigation & UI Improvements
What’s changed | How it helps you |
The platform now has a new color scheme, faster load times, and better keyboard navigation. | These improvements make the platform easier to use, more responsive across devices, and quicker to navigate. |
| You can now work more efficiently, saving time with a streamlined interface. |
What Else Is New?
What’s changed | How it helps you |
The People Picker has been improved. You will now see a switch employee button when providing feedback. | It’s now clearer and faster to search and select individuals for feedback and reviews. |
Filters have been simplified. | Filters are now more intuitive, making it easier to refine data across various sections like Manager Reviews, Calibrations, and Feedback. |
Faster load times and improved UI refinements. | Pages load faster, and several smaller UI improvements have been made to enhance ease of use. |
