We’re excited to introduce the refreshed Performance experience, designed to make performance management easier, faster, and more intuitive. This guide highlights any key changes for employee users. Self-Reflections


What’s changed

How it helps you

Self-Reflections were previously housed in a separate tab.

Self-Reflections are now available under Performance > Reviews, centralizing your review process.

Peer & Upward Feedback

How it helps you

Feedback couldn’t be edited after submission.

You can now edit peer or upward feedback after submission.

This allows you to clarify or fix any errors in your feedback, ensuring it’s always accurate.

New Feedback Insights

Feedback insights were limited in the previous experience.

You can now see detailed feedback metrics, such as completion rates, and view feedback requests for your own performance.

This gives you greater visibility into your feedback status, helping you stay informed throughout the review cycle.

Calibration Views

Calibration views were previously accessed via email or via the in-platform notifications bell.

You now have a dedicated Calibrations tab.

This provides a more intuitive centralized view of all calibration views shared with you.

Employee Profile

The employee profile layout has changed from horizontal tabs to a vertical layout.

The new vertical layout simplifies navigation and makes it easier to find the information you need.

All previous data remains, plus new features like role competencies and external feedback have been added.

Simplified Navigation & UI Improvements

The platform now has a new color scheme, faster load times, and better keyboard navigation.

These improvements make the platform easier to use, more responsive across devices, and quicker to navigate.

You can now work more efficiently, saving time with a streamlined interface.

What Else Is New?

The People Picker has been improved. You will now see a switch employee button when providing feedback.

It’s now clearer and faster to search and select individuals for feedback and reviews.

Filters have been simplified.

Filters are now more intuitive, making it easier to refine data across various sections like Manager Reviews, Calibrations, and Feedback.

Faster load times and improved UI refinements.

Pages load faster, and several smaller UI improvements have been made to enhance ease of use.
