Overview

The Employee View allows you to see key statistics and events pertaining to a single person’s employment.

☝️ Cole’s quick guide to employee view. If you need more guidance, read the instructions below.

Access the Employee View

The Employee View is accessible from certain metrics in Story Chapters. Here’s how to locate them:

  1. Find a metric that includes the clickable Employees icon

  2. Click the icon to reveal a table that shows a list of employees that comprise the cohort depicted in the graph

  3. Click on the employee you are interested in learning more about

Employee View components

The Employee View page will render data extracted from your HRIS and ATS.

The view is split into three sections:

  1. Overview with key labels and numbers, including role, gender, location and salary

  2. Benchmark that compares the individual employee against the average of the organization as a whole, across chosen parameters.

  3. Journey, which is a timeline that lists out key events, beginning with the employee’s first day.
