Unified Cycles

Previously, you needed to set up separate workflows for each review component (Self-Reflections, Manager Reviews, Peer Feedback, etc.). | Now, you can manage all review components in one workflow. Select the ones you need, add requirements, and schedule them as needed—it's all in one place. |
Self-Reflections

Calibrations

Flags applied across all calibration views. | Flags now apply only to specific calibration views, ensuring greater accuracy. If an individual is flagged in one view, it won’t carry over to others where they might not be flagged. |
Exports limited to new performance ratings only. | You can now export both old and new performance ratings, providing a more complete picture of performance. |
Exports were done via email. | Exports are now done instantly and securely within the app—no need to wait for an email. |
