Tips for Using Coach Effectively

  • ✔️ Write naturally: Use everyday language, just like you’re chatting with a colleague. Coach adapts to your tone and communication style.

  • ✔️ Add context: The more background you give, the more tailored the response. Coach only knows what you share—be specific so it can give you useful guidance

  • ✔️ Experiment: Try different angles or wordings to explore your options

  • ✔️ Practice out loud: Use role play to build confidence before a real conversation. Ask Coach to role play both sides so you can experience what it’s like being the other person.

FAQs

Is Coach always right?

No. While Coach is powered by AI and people science, it’s not perfect. It provides guidance based on the details you enter, but it doesn’t replace human judgment, leadership experience, or emotional intelligence.

What if I get a response that doesn’t feel right?

If a response doesn’t align with your needs, try:

  • Adding more details about the situation.

  • Adjust the tone and style provided by Coach to match your preference.

  • Using it as a starting point and refining it further.

Can Coach help me during a live conversation?

No, Coach is a preparation tool. It helps you structure your message beforehand but does not provide real-time adjustments during a conversation.

Will Coach remember me across different chats?

Can I see my past conversations with Coach?

Yes. Click the Coach icon in the sidebar to view your Chat History. From there, you can resume, rename, or delete conversations.

Can I delete a conversation with Coach?

Can I use Coach for highly sensitive or legal conversations?

No. It is not advisable to use coach for:

  • Legal or compliance matters
