What Is an Early Access Program (EAP)?

An Early Access Program (EAP) is an opportunity for selected Culture Amp customers to try new features, enhancements, or product modules before they’re officially released. By joining an EAP, you help shape the future of our platform by providing feedback during development.

Why Join an EAP?

  • Experience new functionality early
EAPs give you access to pre-release versions of new features so you can try them out before general availability.

  • Provide feedback in real-world contexts
Your insights help us understand how the product performs in different organizational settings, identify usability challenges, and uncover edge cases we might not anticipate internally.

  • Improve product quality
Early feedback helps our teams catch bugs, refine workflows, and improve the overall experience, ensuring the feature is more polished when released to all customers.

  • Validate product direction
Your feedback helps us confirm whether a feature meets customer needs and solves real problems, guiding us toward a solution that delivers lasting value.

What Might an EAP Include?

EAPs can vary based on the product or feature being tested. You may have early access to things like:

  • A new workflow or user experience

  • Additional functionality within an existing product area

  • Admin controls or analytics dashboards

  • AI-enabled tools or integrations

Some EAPs will cover a complete experience, while others may focus on a single feature still in development.

What Feedback Can I Provide?

We welcome two types of feedback:

Product feedback
Let us know how the feature feels to use. Is it intuitive? Are any steps confusing? Did something work differently than expected? Your comments help our product and design teams improve the experience.

Technical feedback
If you run into bugs, loading issues, or anything that doesn’t seem to work correctly, please let us know. This helps us ensure a more stable release.

How to Share Feedback

  • For product feedback: The way to share feedback may vary depending on the feature, but you’ll usually see a feedback link at the top of the page or a thumbs up/down icon within the feature. Use either option to submit your thoughts directly to the product team.

  • For technical issues: Just reply with "Ask a Person" in a support conversation to speak with a Product Support Specialist who can help troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
