Viewing and Managing Feedback
The new Anytime Feedback homepage features a main feed with all accessible feedback. When you go to the Anytime Feedback page, you'll see:
All accessible feedback with clear details on who gave it, who received it, the date it was shared, and the visibility settings.
Visibility information showing exactly who can see each piece of feedback, based on the options selected when it was sent. Feedback is typically visible to the author and recipient, but if the recipient’s manager is selected, their name will also appear.
Use the feedback dropdown filter at the top of the feed to view:
Feedback received by you
Given by you
Requested by you
Shared with you
Click the Add filters option to apply the following filters:
Employees (search by specific employee/s)
Date range (select a "from" and "to" date range on the calendar)
You can also sort the feed by clicking the Sort by option and selecting either Most Recent or Oldest.
On the right-hand side of the page, you'll find dedicated panels to manage your feedback activity:
Requests received: Here, you'll see the names and dates of those who have requested feedback from you. Click view all requests received to see both incomplete and completed feedback requests.
Your feedback activity: This section shows you the number of requests you've sent and drafts you've saved. You can click the arrows to expand and manage these items. All started drafts are automatically saved and can be accessed via the drafts link; currently, only feedback can be drafted, not requests.
Viewing Received Feedback
You’ll get a Slack or MS Teams notification.
Log in to view the full feedback.
Sharing Feedback
You can share feedback you’ve received with anyone in your organization to celebrate wins or seek additional support.
Sharing from a notification: Click the share icon directly from your new feedback notification to share it instantly with a manager or peer. Once feedback is shared, it cannot be unshared.
Sharing from the feed: Navigate to Feedback > Anytime Feedback. Use the "Received by you" filter, then click the share icon next to the relevant feedback. Search for a colleague, add an optional note, and click Share.
Withdrawing Feedback Requests
In some cases, you may need to withdraw a feedback request. When you do this, the task is removed from the reviewer’s Tasks list, and they will no longer be prompted to provide feedback.
How to withdraw a feedback request
Navigate to Feedback > Anytime Feedback > Requests Sent (under Your Feedback Activity)
Select the request and click Withdraw Request.
