We’re excited to introduce a new, redesigned Anytime Feedback 2.0 experience. Based on your feedback, we have rebuilt Anytime Feedback to be simpler, more consolidated, and more impactful. This update moves away from fragmented tools toward a unified way to find and share feedback.
If your organization is currently using Anytime Feedback, this guide will help you navigate the upcoming migration. We’ll explain what’s changing, the timeline for your transition, and how to ensure your team is ready for the new experience.
Note: This migration is a "one-way" update. Once your account has moved to the new Anytime Feedback experience, you cannot revert to the previous version.

Why We're Reimagining Anytime Feedback
The 2.0 experience introduces a single, unified feed to reduce complexity and unlock powerful new value, including:
AI-Powered Quality: Suggest Improvements helps users write more actionable feedback.
Unified Feed: Access Manager-requested, Peer, and Unrequested feedback in one place.
Improved Efficiency: Features a rich text editor and auto-save functionality.
Streamlined UI: A modern, intuitive interface for both employees and admins.
Transition Timeline
General rollout begins in March 2026. Customers will be migrated in waves to ensure platform stability. You will receive an email specifying your exact window.
Wave | Customer Tier | Transition Window |
Wave 1 | Self-Starter | 9 Mar 2026 – 13 Mar 2026 |
Wave 2 | Standard | 16 Mar 2026 – 20 Mar 2026 |
Wave 3 | Enterprise | 23 Mar 2026 – 27 Mar 2026 |
🔄 What to Expect During Your 30-minute Transition:
To ensure your data is moved safely, there will be a brief 15–30 minute maintenance window.
Access Restricted: Anytime Feedback will be unavailable. Users attempting to access the tool will see a maintenance notice. You can continue to use the rest of Culture Amp, including Goals and 1-on-1s.
Integrations: Any Anytime Feedback actions via Slack or Microsoft Teams will result in a temporary error.
Data Safety: Your account migrates first for immediate access to the new experience. All existing Anytime Feedback (given and received) will be moved automatically.
Note: While your core feedback migrates during the transition window, please note that Anytime Feedback templates, Team-Based Feedback and Public Praise data will be automatically backfilled in phases. All historical data will be fully visible in your account by late Q2 2026, with no manual effort required.
Impact on Active Performance Cycles
We understand that many organizations will have review cycles in various stages during this migration. The transition to Anytime Feedback 2.0 is designed to be non-disruptive to your core performance workflows.
Draft, Scheduled, and Live Cycles: All Performance Review cycles (regardless of their status) will remain fully intact. There is no impact on the Peer or Upward feedback accessibility as part of a Performance Review Cycle.
Visibility during Maintenance: During the 30-minute window, accessing Anytime Feedback from the Employee Profile in a manager review or self-reflection will show a maintenance message.
Post-Migration: Once the 30-minute window closes, all Anytime Feedback will be accessible again the Employee Profile view of any Performance cycles. No action is required from Admins to update active cycles.
