FAQ's
Why aren't my archived surveys showing?
Archived surveys do show on the export, but Archived is not represented as a value under the 'Status' column. These surveys will show as Closed.
Why are some fields blank?
Some fields may be left blank if there is no value to assign. For example, Date Closed will be blank if the survey is still live.
Can I filter to only include certain surveys before exporting?
No, the export includes all surveys regardless of any filters in place on the platform. You can filter the data in your spreadsheet program after downloading it from Culture Amp.
