App setup

As an Admin of Microsoft Teams, you can add Culture Amp as a default app for all of your employees.

Users still have the option to uninstall or install the app themselves.

FAQs

An active user received a Something's gone wrong error when logging into Culture Amp via Microsoft Teams. What can I do to troubleshoot?

If the Culture Amp app was installed on Microsoft Teams prior to the user being added, this can cause the error to display. The user will need to uninstall the Culture Amp app for 48 hours to clear the app's cache, and then reinstall after this time passes. If they're still having trouble logging in, please contact us at support@cultureamp.com.

Can Microsoft Teams notifications be disabled for a survey?

Yes! Please contact support@cultureamp.com to find out more.

What if I change my email address at the company?

If a user’s email address has been changed in both MS teams and Culture Amp, MS teams needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Can we bulk install the app for all users?

Although this isn't something we can provide support with directly, we are aware this has been completed by other customers. An example of this would be when a customers IT team executed something called a Graph API to install the CA app for all of their users. Please reach out to your IT directly to confirm what options are possible at your organization.
