In-platform chat is available for all administrators on your Culture Amp account. This includes all administrator types including account, surveys, performance, development, employee data, and goals.
In-platform chat is a great way to connect with us directly in the platform. Your request will initially be answered by our AI Agent and if you need to speak to a support specialist for more nuanced questions, the team are available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday by asking to "speak with the team".
You can expect to be connected with a specialist within 20 minutes in most cases. You can find out more about what to expect when reaching out to the team here.
How to start a conversation with Product Support
In-platform chat is available through the 'Help Widget' which can be accessed by clicking the Help button in the top right-hand corner of all pages in the Culture Amp platform, and then clicking Send us a message in the widget.

In-platform chat is supported in all major modern browsers listed below. It may work in other browsers, but our provider does not officially support these.

Note: Some browser extensions may interfere with In-platform chat's operation. If you experience issues, try disabling browser extensions.
