How paying customers of Go1 can update the Go1 learning resource links in Culture Amp to direct to their own Go1 instance
Who is this guide for?
By default all Culture Amp Develop customers have access to a series of People Science curated course playlists in Go1. If you are a paying customer of both Go1 and Culture Amp, you can access these playlists and have the option to customize and monitor staff learning.
To ensure accurate tracking of learning completions, mutual customers should use links from their own Go1 instance/portal. This means you'll need to replace the Go1 resource links in Culture Amp with your own instance/portal links within each core competency. This step is separate from the free instances provided by Culture Amp.
By following the step-by-step process, customers who use both Go1 and Culture Amp can access carefully curated playlists for the 9 default core competencies in Develop, and take advantage of the added features of being a mutual customer.
Step 1: Request access
Step 2 - Log in to your Go1 instance
Enter your Go1 credentials to access the platform.
Step 3 - Locate the Playlists
In the search box, type “Culture Amp” to find the playlists
Step 4 - Copy the URL's
Navigate to each of these course playlists and copy the URL link
Step 4 - Paste the URL's in Culture Amp
Follow the steps below to copy the Go1 Playlists URL's into Culture Amp.
Click into the Development > Career Paths > Competency Library.
Click into the competency to edit
Under the Learning Resources section replace the URL link under the Learning Resources section
Repeat this process for each competency
As a paying mutual customer, you can:
Add courses to these playlists
Create as many playlists and core competencies as you'd like by following the steps above.
It should take no more than 10 minutes to copy and paste the URL links for each of the 9 default core competencies into Culture Amp. This is an important step to to avoid directing your employees to Culture Amp’s Go1 portal instead of yours!
Once you're done, your employees can access these learning materials to include in their individual Development Plans.
