How to log in to the Culture Amp platform

Who is this guide for?

All Users

Note: You must be added as a user to the Culture Amp platform before you can log in to the platform. If you are unsure whether you have a profile created, please reach out to your Account Admin directly to confirm. The Admin will most likely be a member of your HR/People team

This guide is designed to highlight the various login options available for accessing the platform. Your login choices are influenced by the options enabled by your Account Admin. In this guide, we'll walk you through three possible methods: Email/Password, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Google. Whether you're new to the platform or looking to troubleshoot login issues, we've got you covered. Read on to explore these options and access your account.

What are my Login options?

Before you can use the platform, you need an active user profile. Any user with Account Admin access, typically a member of your HR team, can create your user profile.

Once your user profile is set up, the available login options depend on your overall account settings which are decided by your Account Admin/HR team. Typically, users can log in with their email and password. However, some organizations might choose to allow single sign-on only access or a combination of email/password with SSO or Google login. If you encounter any difficulties with these options, it's best to reach out directly to your HR team to confirm the correct login link.

Option 1: Email/Password

Whether you have an account or are it is your first time logging into, you can use this link to set up a password to access your account via email/password login:

https://identity.cultureamp.com/session/password/new or https://identity.eu.cultureamp.com/session/password/new (EU server link)

Input your email address on this page, click send recovery email and we will send a link to your email address which you can use to set the password for your account.

Note: Don't forget to craft a robust password during this step. A quick heads-up: the link in the reset email expires after a few hours, so act promptly to avoid any issues. If you encounter a "token expired" error, just restart the process.

💡 Tip: Can't find your password set/reset email? Check your spam folder – it might be hiding there. Still facing trouble? Contact your Account Admin/HR team and double check that you have an active user profile set up with the correct email.

Option 2: Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in directly with your organization's SSO credentials. All you need to ensure is that the email address in your user profile within Culture Amp matches the email assigned to your profile within your SSO directory.

Note: With SSO enabled, both email addresses must match across platforms (SSO and Culture Amp). Mismatched emails could lead to a 403 error. If you use a different email for SSO, contact your IT team to update your Culture Amp profile.

If you're already using the same email, but still facing issues, you may need to request access to Culture Amp through your IT team internally.

Option 3: Google

If your organization uses Google Apps, you can use this to log into Culture Amp.

Simply select Sign in with Google at the bottom of the standard sign-in page

All you need to ensure is that the email address in Google matches the one assigned to your profile in Culture Amp.

FAQs

Why am I not receiving the email after attempting to create a password using the password reset link?

  1. Check your spam folder; sometimes, the email may end up there.

  2. If you haven't received the password reset email, it's possible you haven't been added as a user yet. To resolve this, reach out to your HR team to ensure they add you as a user before proceeding.

Why can't I access the system despite trying all available login options, including SSO, email/password, and Google?

It's possible that you either haven't been added as a user yet or you are using the incorrect login link. Make sure you check with your HR team which sign in link is best to use.

If you've explored all available login options and believe you should be able to log in because you're an active user, it's possible your user profile is associated with a different email. Contact your HR team to verify and confirm that they have the correct email on record for you.
