What you see when you log in to your People Analytics account

Overview

The home page will show you a high-level briefing.

The default, Board tab, gives you quick scan on 6 metrics: Headcount, Number of Starters, Number of Leavers, Number of Open Positions, Offer Success Rate and Turnover Rate.

The Reports tab, provides an overview of key data which you can pass along to stakeholders in your organization.


Home: Navigate and search

If you know what you’re looking for, the search box and main navigation may be the quickest way to find the page you want. Otherwise start from the Report and Collect tabs.


Home: Boards

Stay on top of your latest numbers and trends

To get a quick overview of short-term trends in your organization, review the Boards tab! You can use it as weekly digest, monthly digest, or any other way you decide to customize it.

The top three metrics present a snapshot of your active workforce; the bottom three give you a snapshot of the state of your ongoing hiring initiatives.

If you want to dig deeper, click a card to see the selected metric in context.

Never miss relevant insights

When People Analytics identifies a an attention-worthy higher-order trend in your data, it will show it to you as an insight. Otherwise this section will remain empty.

We only show insights that can be backed with a high degree of statistical confidence, as explained in the Insights 101 guide.

Clean your data

To help you decide whether you should send your surveys now or take the time to improve the quality of your data, review the key data health indicators shown near the bottom of the screen.
