Our platform supports all modern browsers.
Users can also access Culture Amp on any device using the following browsers:
Chrome (latest two stable versions)
Edge (latest two stable versions)
Firefox (latest two stable versions)
Safari (latest two stable versions)
Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported.
Note: Some admin-only tasks are optimized for desktop devices.
Why have we ended support for IE11?
IE11 is more than 7 years old and is missing crucial features we need to build the Culture Amp platform going forward. Focusing on modern browsers (such as Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) will allow us to build a faster and more secure product.
Even Microsoft is beginning to drop support for Internet Explorer. Microsoft Teams no longer supports IE11 as of November 2020, and Microsoft Office 365 will no longer support IE11 from 2021.
Since January 27, 2021, if you access Culture Amp using IE11 you will see a helpful prompt encouraging you to switch to a more modern browser, such as Microsoft Edge.
From March 24, 2021, we no longer support IE11. You will still be able to access Culture Amp using IE11, however, some functionality may not work as expected. We strongly recommend upgrading to a more modern browser to ensure the best experience.
Why do we recommend switching to Microsoft Edge?
We do not recommend any specific browser over another, however, companies using IE11 may find it easiest to switch to Microsoft’s new Edge browser. If you are currently using IE11, you likely already have Edge installed.
When accessing Culture Amp using Internet Explorer 11, you will be prompted to launch Culture Amp in the Microsoft Edge browser. If the browser is already installed on your device, you’ll be shown the following pop-up:
Click Allow to automatically continue your session in the Edge browser.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste any Culture Amp URL into a different browser of your choosing. You may need to log in again in the new browser.
