Deleting your People Analytics account can mean one of two things, depending on your user permissions. You can either delete your entire organization’s account and remove all associated data from the platform, or merely remove your personal user account.
Delete your organization’s account and all its data
📌 Note: Requires you to be logged into an Admin-level account.
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen
Got to My Profile
Navigate to the bottom of the page
Click Delete your organization
📌 Note: It will take up to 60 days for your data to be completely erased from our platform.
Delete your personal user account without deleting organizational data
If you have a user account with HR permissions (and NOT admin permissions) performing the steps described in the previous section will delete your user account without affecting your organization's account.
Please double-check to verify you don’t have admin permissions, and proceed carefully.
