Understanding roles within Culture Amp is essential for effectively managing your organization's account. Roles help control access and permissions, ensuring secure data handling and efficient task delegation.

Culture Amp uses a module-based permissions system, allowing administrators to assign access levels across key platform areas (Surveys, Performance, Goals, and Employee Data). Additional scoped and task-based roles provide finer control.

Tip: Explore the detailed feature breakdown to see the specific access and permissions associated with each role.
