At Culture Amp, we're always looking for ways to enhance your experience. That's why we've introduced a new Goals experience β€”a more efficient way for employees and managers to set, track, and achieve goals.

Key Features

Accessing Goals


To start using Goals:

  1. Navigate to Goals:

    • Go to Goals in the main menu.

    • Select Goals from the drop-down.

    • Familiarize yourself with the layout and options available on the Goals page.
