View, update & track direct reports' goals in Goals (new).

Who can use this feature?

  • Managers with direct reports

  • All Culture Amp subscriptions that include Goals (new)

Keeping track of your direct reports' goals is essential for effective management. With the updated Goals (new) page, you can quickly access, update and review these goals to stay aligned with your team's progress.

Find and view direct reports' goals


Quick filter

Navigate to the Goals (new) page

On the Goals (new) page, click Add filters.

Select Direct reports' goals from the list of options.

Use the Owner filter to select the specific employee you want to view.

View goals

You’ll now see a list of goals where your direct reports are listed as either goal owners or key result owners. This allows you to monitor their progress and ensure alignment with team objectives.

Updating goal progress


As a manager, you can easily update the progress or complete your direct reports' published goals. This includes updating the progress of the overall goal (if it doesn't have Key Results) or the Key Results that your direct report owns.

To update goal progress:

Navigate to the Goals (new) page.

Click Add filters and select Direct reports' goals from the list of options.

Click to open the published goal that your direct report is either the Goal Owner or Key Result Owner of.

You'll see an option to update the progress of the goal or the specific Key Result your direct report owns.

Click Update to save your changes
