At Culture Amp, we're always looking for ways to enhance your experience. That's why we've introduced Goals (new)โ€”a more efficient way for employees and managers to set, track, and achieve goals.

Key features


  • Individual Goals: Track personal objectives and align them with broader organizational targets.

  • Group Goals: Collaborate on goals that involve multiple team members.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and update your goal progress regularly.

  • Filtering and Sorting: Organize your goals efficiently to stay focused.

Accessing Goals (new)


To start using Goals (new):

  1. Navigate to Goals (new):

    • Go to Goals in the main menu.

    • Select Goals (new).

  2. Explore Options:

    • Familiarize yourself with the layout and options available on the Goals (new) page.

Creating Goals (new)
