Enabling the Raw Data extract option for your survey allows you to access detailed, identifiable information such as email addresses or employee IDs alongside all submitted survey responses. This is useful for teams needing deeper data insights for advanced analysis.
⚠️ Important: You can only enable Raw Data extract before launching a survey. Once the survey is live, this setting cannot be changed.

How to enable Raw Data extract
Go to the Surveys page.
Find the survey where you want to enable Raw Data and click Edit survey.
In the Survey configuration page, navigate to the Confidentiality tab.
Under the Raw Data Extract section, tick the box for Allow Raw Data Extracts.
Once enabled, a warning will automatically appear in the Reporting Rules available on the surveys Welcome Screen, and in the survey emails, letting participants know that responses may be identifiable.
