18 July 2025 - New Toggle Lets You Control Performance Review Communications

You can now manage performance review communications yourself with a new toggle in the Performance Review Cycle settings. This makes it easier and faster to turn notifications on or off with no need to contact support.

What’s New

  • A new Communications toggle is available in each performance review cycle under the Review setup page.

  • Easily turn communications on or off at any time

  • Helps reduce noise during sensitive periods

  • Designed to give you more control, no more waiting on support


16 July 2025 – Historical Performance Uploads Now Available

You can now upload past performance review data directly into Culture Amp’s Perform product. This update makes it easier to bring historical insights—like Self Reflections, Manager Reviews, Peer, and Upward Feedback—into one place for a complete view of employee performance.

What’s New

  • Upload historical data from past performance review cycles

  • Supported fields include Self Reflection, Manager Review, Peer Feedback, and Upward Feedback

  • Imported data appears in Employee Profiles and Performance Insights

  • Helps centralize performance history.


9 July 2025 – New Ratings Preview Helps HRBPs Prep for Calibrations with Confidence

We’ve launched a new Ratings Preview feature to help HRBPs and calibration facilitators gather early insights before the calibration session begins. It’s designed to highlight areas of agreement, uncertainty, or inquiry—so you can walk into every calibration prepared and ready to guide meaningful conversations.

What’s New

  • Facilitators can enable Ratings Preview for any calibration view

  • Calibrators respond with “I support,” “I abstain,” or “I have questions” per employee

  • View progress, comments, and insights across all submitted responses

  • Responses are visible only to facilitators to support pre-calibration prep

25 June 2025 – Suggest Improvements Now Available

We’ve just released Suggest Improvements —making it easier for managers to give clear, impactful, and actionable performance feedback.

Once enabled, when writing a manager review, you’ll see a new 'Improve' button. Click it to get AI-generated suggestions based on four core feedback qualities—so you can write consistent, high-quality reviews faster.

What’s New:

  • New Improve button appears next to open-ended questions in manager reviews

  • Suggestions are based on four key qualities: Specific, Impactful, Actionable, and Objective

  • Suggestions are editable and designed to enhance your original feedback—not replace it


27 May 2025 – Auto-Translations Now Available in Multilingual Performance Cycles

Creating Multilingual Performance Review Cycles just got even easier. With our new Auto-Translations feature powered by Google Translate, you can now translate questions into 140+ languages automatically—no manual work needed.

What’s New:

  • Auto-translate questions when setting up Multilingual Performance Cycles

  • Powered by Google Translate to support 140+ languages

  • Save time and reduce admin for global People teams


15 May 2025 – Multilingual Performance Review Cycles Now Available

You can now create performance review cycles in multiple languages—making it easier for your global teams to participate in reviews in their preferred language.

This highly requested update means no more duplicating cycles by region. Employees can complete reviews in the language set in their profile, and switch languages anytime during the review.

What’s New:

  • Support multiple languages in a single review cycle

  • Add translations manually or upload via Excel

  • Let employees view and complete reviews in their preferred language

  • Preview missing translations before launch

  • Auto translate (Coming Soon!)

6 May 2025 - Un-share Questions in a Live Performance Cycle

We’ve added a highly requested feature—Admins can now un-share questions even after a performance cycle is live.

We know mistakes can happen during setup, especially when it comes to accidentally sharing a question that shouldn’t be visible to employees. With this update, you can now correct those mistakes on your own—no need to reach out to support.

What’s New:

  • Un-share manager, peer, or upward feedback questions during a live cycle.

  • Visibility tags on review forms update automatically—no notifications are sent when these updates occur.


21 Feb 2025 - Edit Questions in a Live Performance Review Cycle

Performance administrators can now edit questions even after a Performance Review Cycle has gone live. While we don’t recommend making changes once a cycle is active, we understand that sometimes edits are necessary—like fixing a typo or correcting a grammatical error. This update provides more flexibility, so you can make small but important adjustments without disrupting your review process.

18 March 2025 - Customised Email Comms for Performance Review Cycles Now Available

We’re excited to announce that customizing performance review cycle emails is now available! This feature givesPerformance Administrators and HR Business Partners the ability to tailor email messages for key performance units like Self Reflections, Manager Reviews, Peer Feedback, and Upward Feedback.

With this new functionality, Admins can now:

  • Personalize email content to match their needs and tone of voice.

  • Apply customizations to draft, scheduled, and live performance cycles.

  • Revert to default message templates at any time.

  • Preview email edits before sending.

  • Enjoy customization across ALL performance review units (Self Reflections, Manager Review, Peer Feedback, and Upward Feedback) in the unified cycle experience.

2 Feb 2025 - Decommissioning of Performance User Data Export

We’ve made the decision to decommission the Performance User Data Export feature with the rollout of our new and improved Perform 2.0 experience.


The Performance User Data Export has seen relatively low usage. To streamline the platform, we’re focusing on features that provide the most value to our customers. You can still download performance data for users using alternative bulk download options, which are outlined in our Performance Export Options article. If you still require access to the Performance User Data Export, please reach out to us at privacy@cultureamp.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to enhance the platform.
