We’ve made the decision to decommission the Performance User Data Export feature with the rollout of our new and improved Perform 2.0 experience.

The Performance User Data Export has seen relatively low usage. To streamline the platform, we’re focusing on features that provide the most value to our customers. You can still download performance data for users using alternative bulk download options, which are outlined in our Performance Export Options article. If you still require access to the Performance User Data Export, please reach out to us at privacy@cultureamp.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to enhance the platform.

We’re excited to roll out a new, unified Performance review experience designed to make performance management simpler, more flexible, and more impactful. This update streamlines workflows, introduces powerful new features, and reflects the feedback we’ve heard from customers like you. We’ll transition customers to the new Performance experience in three cohorts based on account type starting with our small businesses (SMBs) customers.
