7 Nov 2024 - Intro text in Self-reflections is now live!
We’re excited to announce that Intro text is now available in Self-reflections! This update aligns with the manager review process and is part of our ongoing effort to create a more consistent experience in Performance. We’ve heard your feedback and this was a highly requested feature—so now, managers can add a personalized introduction message that employees will see when filling out their Self-reflections. This will help guide employees through the process and set the tone for the reflection. Learn more.
Aug 17, 2024 - Updated UI for the Self-reflections tab in the employee profile
We’ve revamped the self-reflections tab in the employee profile view to improve your experience. Now, when writing or viewing a self-reflection, each entry is displayed in a clickable tile. Clicking on a tile opens more details in a sidebar, allowing you to view and reference the content without leaving the main page. Previously, viewing a self-reflection’s full details would bring up a page overlay, interrupting your workflow. With the new sidebar, you can easily access full details while continuing to work, reducing cognitive load and making it easier to stay focused.
Please note that this new interface is currently available only on the self-reflections page for customers who have migrated to the new Perform experience. Learn more.
