21 October 2025 – AI Coach in Surveys Now Live for All Engage Customers
We’re excited to share that AI Coach in Surveys is now generally available (GA) and switched on for all Engagement customers! This marks a major step forward in bringing personalized, AI-powered support to every employee and leader using Culture Amp.
What’s New
AI Coach in Engage is now on by default for all Engage customers.
Admins have full self-serve controls to manage access to AI Coach in Surveys.
AI Coach in Surveys brings Culture Amp’s people science to life, helping teams turn insights into meaningful action plans that drive impact at scale. And this is just the beginning, with more enhancements coming soon.
8 October 2025 – Self-Service Admin Toggles for AI Coach Are Now Live!
Account Admins can now activate and manage access to General Coach and Coach in Engage directly within the platform. This update gives customers full control over when and how they roll out Coach, making setup faster and easier than ever.

Manage access for Coach in Engage ahead of GA on 22 October
Provision access for everyone or a pilot group of up to 200 users per Coach module
Enjoy true self-service, no waiting for manual activation

7 July 2025 – General AI Coach Now Available for Opt-In
General AI Coach is here! Our new Gen AI-powered feature is designed to help people navigate tough conversations, like giving feedback, discussing performance, or addressing conflict, confidently and effectively.

Coach Version 1 now available for opt-in
Supports feedback, performance, and sensitive conversations
New customers get access from 7 July
Rolling out in waves to existing customers who have opted in through July to early September
