Phase 1: Plan Your Rollout
AI Coach can be rolled out to your entire organization or launched with a smaller pilot group first. A phased approach can help you gather feedback, troubleshoot early, and build internal advocacy.
When to Roll Out AI Coach
We recommend aligning the launch with key employee moments:
Timing | Why it Works |
Before a performance cycle | Help prepare employees to give effective feedback and navigate performance conversations. |
Alongside 1-on-1s | Launch or drive adoption of 1-on-1 conversations alongside AI Coach. |
After engagement surveys (coming soon) | Support actionable insights, communicating about survey results, and facilitating discussion, action, and accountability. |
Key Factors to Consider for Rollout Readiness
Before you launch AI Coach, here are some important considerations to ensure a smooth rollout:
Language: AI Coach is currently available in American English only.
User Access: You can enable AI Coach for everyone or start with a pilot group of up to 200 users.
Format: AI Coach supports text input only, it does not support voice, images, or document uploads.
Integrations: AI Coach does not integrate with external tools or systems outside of Culture Amp.
Confidentiality: All conversations are private to the user and are not visible to anyone else in the organization.
Reporting: Reporting features are not currently available but will be introduced in future updates.
Data Access:
AI Coach only uses information the user provides during a conversation.
It does not access employee data or Culture Amp insights (e.g. survey results, performance reviews).
AI Coach cannot reference company-specific values, policies, or historical feedback.
Future Updates: We’re working on improved versions of AI Coach. More details will be available soon.
