This feature is available for Culture Amp customers with a Performance subscription who are also active customers of Figures.

Setting up the Figures Integration
Setting up the Culture Amp <> Figures Integration
Step 1: Generate Credentials in Culture Amp Admin Settings
As an Admin, find Figures under Settings > Data Integrations > Compensation
Click Set up Figures integration to begin and follow the prompts to create a new Client ID and Client Secret for Figures. Don’t share your these anywhere public or in unsecure messages.
You’ll use these details to complete authentication in the Figures app.
Step 2: Complete Integration Authentication in Figures Admin Settings
Navigate to Company Settings > Integrations
Click on the Add Integration button
Follow the steps in the modal to set up the Culture Amp integration

Complete a Culture Amp performance review: Launch and complete a performance review. For more information on how to close a Performance Cycle, click here to learn more.
Auto-sync performance data to Figures: Once the review cycle concludes, performance data will automatically sync from Culture Amp to Figures. Note that you must close a cycle for data to sync; incomplete cycle data will not be included in updates.
Run a compensation review: Run a compensation review in Figures, which can now include the performance ratings for your Employees captured in your Culture Amp performance review.
Managers & employees can access data: Employees can easily view their performance and compensation data at any time in Figures.
