Welcome to the Survey HR Business Partner role! As a Survey HR Business Partner, you can manage report viewers for existing survey reports, bulk export reports, and even preview report data.
Once you've been assigned this role, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with a link to set a password for your Culture Amp account (if it's your first time logging in). For guidance on accessing the platform, check out our support guide here: Logging into Culture Amp.
How to access survey reports
Once you're logged in, head over to the Feedback > Surveys tab to review the list of surveys. Click the Share reports icon to view the existing reports.
Giving access to reports
To assign report viewers, follow these steps:
Go to the Surveys Sharing page.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the report name to expand the list of reports.
Click the person icon to add viewers.
Choose the users you'd like to add as viewers by typing their names or pasting in their email addresses.
To include all participants from the report as viewers, click Add participants.
As an optional step, you can designate a report viewer as the owner by clicking the ellipsis (...) and choosing Make report owner.
Click Save to update.
Quick heads up! The steps above show you how to assign viewers to reports, but remember, this role doesn't let you share reports. If you need to share reports, reach out to another Admin internally—likely to be someone from your HR team—who has the necessary permissions. Preview reports
To preview reports directly in the platform, add yourself as a report viewer. Once added, you can preview report data by clicking the eye icon next to the report name. If you prefer not to assign yourself this permission, you can still preview the report data by bulk exporting the reports.
