Overview
If you're using Goals, the Employee Usage reports offer a comprehensive view of goal activity within your organization. These reports provide valuable insights into goal creation, usage, and progress across teams, making it easier to track and manage goal alignment.
Accessing the Usage Reports
There are three key reports available to administrators:
To access the usage reports:
Navigate to Goals from the Goals drop-down menu.
Click on the reporting icon next to the Create goal button.
Goal Usage Report
The Goal Usage Report gives you a detailed usage report with goal types, owners, statuses, completion rate, and a list of employees without goals. To download this report:
Click Export report (.csv) to generate the report.
A modal will appear with a pre-filled due date (covering the past 2 years) and Company selected in the Group drop-down.
Important Notes:
You can adjust the date range to suit but it cannot exceed two years.
The date range filters by the goal due date. It does not filter by the 'created date' or 'published date.'
Use the search field to select specific groups. You can select only one group at a time, based on your organization’s structure.
If Company is selected, the report will include all active employees.
The fields included in the export include:
Employee Name
Employee ID
Employee Email
Manager Name
Manager ID
Manager Email
Goal ID
Goal Name
Goal Owners
Key Result Owners
Goal Type
Date Created
Date Published
Due Date
Group
Visibility
Goal Status

Tip: A blank row in the Goal Usage report indicates the employee hasn't set any goals yet.
The report includes all active employees. If the columns for Goal ID, Goal Name, and other goal-related data are empty, that user has no goals assigned. It's a simple way to find who still needs to set their goals.
Goal Creation Report
Below the Goal Usage Report option, you'll find the Goal Creation Report. This report tracks the creation of goals by individuals within a group, including drafts. It offers valuable insights into how goals are being created and tracked at both the group and individual employee level.
Through the Goal Creation Report, you can:
View how many goals have been created within a group.
Click into a specific group to see how many goals have been created by individual employees within that group.
See the percentage of employees with goals.

Click + Add Filters to filter the report by due date, goal type or account demographics such as location, department etc.
