15 Jan 2025 - 1-on-1 conversations now automatically enabled for new Engagement-only customers

We’re excited to announce that starting January 15th, 1-on-1 conversations are now automatically enabled for all subscriptions, including those with Engagement-only plans.

For those on Engagement subscriptions, 1-on-1s create a space for managers and employees to:

  • Discuss survey insights, such as team morale, workload, and key challenges.

  • Follow up on action plans to track progress and make adjustments.

  • Build stronger connections through personalized, meaningful conversations.

  • Boost participation in surveys, especially when group participation is low.

9 Jan 2025 - Prepare for your upcoming 1-on-1" reminders are back!

We’re excited to bring back the "Prepare for your upcoming 1-on-1" reminders to help you stay organized and ready for your 1-on-1 conversations with managers and direct reports.

What's new?

  • Two-day email reminder: Two days before your scheduled 1-on-1, both parties will receive an email reminder to ensure everyone is prepared.

  • Adapted to your schedule: Whether your 1-on-1s are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, our system will send reminders based on your unique cadence.

  • Optimized inactivity nudges: If activity slows down, we’ll send a nudge every 6 weeks (previously every 2 weeks) to help keep your conversations on track.

  • Dual notifications: Both the parties will receive reminders, so you’re always aligned and prepared for the conversation.
