Understand what 'all others' in survey reports refers to

Who is this guide for?

Account Admins, Survey Admins, Survey Creators, Report Viewers

When viewing survey results, or participation by demographic, you may see a category called 'All Others' in your reports.

This represents the group of people that have taken the survey, but there are too few of them to display information for their demographic group. They get bundled together with other small demographic groups where the number of submitted responses is below the threshold of the Reporting Group Minimum.

For confidentiality reasons, we cannot display the names of these small groups, as not enough people have taken the survey.

You can hover over the All Others text on the Participation report to read which groups they come from.

Sometimes if there are too few people in All Others category, it is not displayed in the reports at all. The total number of people needs to exceed the Reporting Group Minimum for All Others to appear.
