What is it?
This is a template of a what a typical project plan for an Engagement survey looks like when working with Culture Amp. It has been built for you to start using immediately. All you need are the dates you would like to kick off and close the survey, and the project plan will automatically project the rest of the key dates for you.
How will it help me?
This template has been designed to cover the key stages of a standard Engagement survey. If this is your first time launching an Engagement Survey with Culture Amp, this template will help you understand how the process works, shares with you best practice, and includes links to relevant pages in the Academy.
If this isn’t your first time running an Engagement survey with us, it is still a great place to start with setting up the project timeline.
How do I use it?
You will find the project plan file with 3 key tabs within.
- Instructions
- Here you will fill in the survey launch and survey close date. This information will auto populate the Project Plan for you
- Project Plan
- This tab is auto populated based on the details you have filled in the ‘Launch Details’ tab. You will find the key stages of the project listed along with the
- Activity Definitions
- This page has extra information around each of the steps built into the project plan. It also includes links to relevant articles within the Academy for each step
What if I have more questions?
This template is a great place to start your project plan, but it isn’t meant to be exhaustive. Please continue to work with your Customer Success Coach to update and plan the project.
