All Culture Amp subscriptions that include Engagement or Effectiveness (Manager and Team Effectiveness surveys)
Resending Invitations
If an employee is a participant in a survey, an administrator can send the person another survey invitation email. The email will use the same unique survey link that was already issued to the employee. This is useful when:
a person can't find their original survey invite (they sometimes go to the spam folder).
a person deleted their invitation.
a person was absent, on leave, etc. and you want to prompt them to complete the survey by having a new email appear in their inbox.
Note: If a person's email address has changed, an Account Administrator must resend their email after updating their email address.
How to Resend a Survey Invitation Email
From the Surveys page, click Edit survey to open the survey configuration.
Click onto the Participants page
Use the search box and type a partial email address or name of the employee
Hover over the person's name to display icons on the right-hand side of their row.
Click the paper plane icon to resend an invite to that person.
Note: If the person is visible in the list, but their row is un-ticked and no resend link is visible, then they are not a participant in the survey. Tick the box next to their name if you believe that person should be included in the survey, then use the Launch Plan page to send their invite.
Issue a New Kiosk Code
Need to issue a new kiosk code? You can issue a new code using the reset function, so long as you are using generated codes as the code format. If you are using Employee IDs, you'll need to retrieve the code from your HRIS rather than use the code reset option in Culture Amp.
Resetting Responses
When a participant completes an attributed survey, they will be directed to a Thank You page. This page includes two options:
Rate the survey
Redo survey (reset and retake their responses)
About the Redo Survey Option
The Redo Survey button allows participants to erase all previously submitted responses and complete the survey again, as long as the survey is still open. This is helpful when someone submitted early by mistake or wants to revise their answers.
Customization Options
The Redo Survey button cannot be disabled or customized.
The only customizable element on this page is the survey rating option, which can be removed if preferred. For assistance with this, just reply with "Ask a Person" in a Support Conversation to speak with a Product Support Specialist.
Admin Reset Option
As an administrator, you can also reset responses on behalf of an employee. This is useful when:
A person submitted their survey before they had finished
A person wants to revise their answers and needs to start over
A person forwarded their unique link to someone else who completed it
How to Reset Survey Responses
From the Surveys page, click Edit survey to open the survey configuration.
Click onto the Participants page
Use the search box and type a partial email address or name of the employee.
Hover over the person's name to display icons on the right-hand side of their row.
Click the circular arrow icon to reset the response link.
This will erase all preciously submitted responses for that survey for that use.
An email will be sent to the employee with a new survey link to be used.
