Specialist availability may vary for holidays and company events and meetings as listed below.

Our team of specialists are available from 9am Monday AEST/AEDT till 5pm Friday PST/PDT each week. Automated support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via both In-platform chat and Email.

Holidays and Events


It is important to us that our team members have the opportunity to rest and celebrate with family and friends throughout the year. Below is a list of days that support specialists will be unavailable or partially unavailable due to specific regional holidays, company holidays, or events.

  • Partially unavailable: In-platform chat with our team of specialists will not be available, but a reduced team will continue to monitor email requests. During these times, please get in touch with Product Support via email at support@cultureamp.com or you can use our automated support service via in-platform chat at any time.

  • Unavailable: Both In-platform chat and email support will not be available on these days. Please continue to contact us via email during these times, and we will get back to you on our return. You can also ask use our automated support service via our in-platform chat and email channels at any time.
