Who is this guide for?

Account Admins

Live Chat is available for all Administrators on your Culture Amp account. This includes primary Account Administrators as well as Performance and Survey administrators as well.

Live Chat is a great way to connect with us directly in the platform. Your request will initially be answered by our AI driven Product Support bot and if you need to speak to a member of the team for more nuanced questions, the Product Support team are available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday by asking to speak with the team.

When reaching out, you can expect to be connected with a specialist within 10 minutes. You can find out more about what to expect when reaching out to the team here.


How to Start a Conversation with Product Support

Live Chat is available through the Help Widget which can be accessed by clicking the Help button in the top right-hand corner of all pages in the Culture Amp platform, and then clicking Send us a message in the widget. This will connect you with a Product Support Specialist during business hours.

📌 Note: We will ask a few questions when you first start a conversation with a Product Support Specialist. These questions help us make sure you are connected with the best team member to help you and understand how urgent your request is for you.

  • 5. Messages: The messages tap will give you access to previous conversations with the Product Support team and quick views of the status of any outstanding tasks or more technical requests.

Whether you’re checking on planned maintenance or unexpected interruptions, you’ll have access to the latest information, ensuring you stay informed and up to date.

Live Chat is supported in all major modern browsers listed below. It may work in other browsers, but our provider does not officially support these.

  • Chrome (latest two stable versions)

  • Edge (latest two stable versions)

  • Firefox (latest two stable versions)

  • Safari (latest two stable versions)
