FAQs

Can I edit the presentation?

Yes! The exported presentation is a native Powerpoint file, meaning that all the text and styling is editable.

The presentation is optimised for surveys based on one of our survey templates (including our latest Leadership 360 template). If you created a survey from scratch or significantly modified the template, please see if any adjustments are needed in the PowerPoint.

Which presentation formats do you support?

The presentation exports in Powerpoint (.pptx) format, but in most cases will work well when imported into Keynote or Google Slides.

What does the presentation contain?

The presentation tells the story of your survey, including:

  • Participation rates

  • Biggest strengths and improvement areas of employees and managers

  • ‘What should we do next?’ and how to use this data in L&D discussions

How to interpret the filtered data?

Any filters you add will apply to the counts of employees receiving the feedback. For instance, if you filter to the Finance department, the report will show strengths and opportunities of employees in Finance department, regardless the department of the people who gave them feedback.

What if an employees has multiple 360s in my survey?

Each of their 360s will be counted in the Insight and Participation results.

Is this feature available for all surveys?

The PowerPoint Export is also available for Engagement and Manager Effectiveness surveys. It is not yet available for Lifecycle surveys.
