As 2024 comes to a close, we feel that it is important to give our employees dedicated space to recharge for the year ahead. By taking this Culture First approach, our employees will begin 2025 even better equipped to help amplify the work that you are doing as we strive to build a better world of work, together.

We are grateful to you as Culture Amp customers, and we hope that you, too, have a restful end of 2025. We look forward to our continued partnership in the new year.

We would like to assure you that your access to the product will not be interrupted during this period and we will be actively monitoring our systems through this period.

What does this mean for me as a customer?


Automated Support

AI driven automated Product Support service will remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for both in-platform chat and email channels.

Product Support team

We know our Product Support team is a valued resource to our customers, so we will continue to have a reduced team online to review and respond to incoming inquiries that require a member of the team as per the following schedule:

Holiday support schedule

  • Wednesday, 25th December 2024 – Product Support team unavailable

  • Thursday, 26th December 2024 – Limited Product Support team (US only)

  • Friday, 27th December 2024 – Limited Product Support team availability

  • Monday, 30th December 2024 – Limited Product Support team availability

  • Tuesday, 31st December 2024 – Limited Product Support team availability

  • Wednesday, 1st January 2025 – Product Support team unavailable

  • Thursday, 2nd January 2025 – Limited Product Support team availability

  • Friday, 3rd January 2025 – Limited Product Support team availability

Responses that require the team may be delayed, so we appreciate your patience during this period.

From 25th December to 3rd January, our Product Support and Customer Success teams will be observing a company holiday shutdown. Rest assured, your access to Culture Amp will remain uninterrupted.

Our teams will return refreshed and available to support you as you kick off the new year on Monday, 6th January 2025.

If this holiday schedule affects any planned surveys, cycle launches, or other activities in Culture Amp, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Coach or Product Support before 25th December.

What if I have an emergency?


We will not be rolling out any updates or new features that may impact you during this period and our teams will be actively monitoring our systems during this time period. Our team will be available for any emergency via support@cultureamp.com. We encourage you to get in touch with Product Support ahead of December 25th to get the resources you need so you can also enjoy your own holiday break.

Why is Culture Amp closing down during this period?


As a company, we are excited about what 2025 has in store for us and what that means for you as a customer. In order to ensure we give you the best experience, we want to make sure we start the year off fresh. We believe the best way to do that is to give our teams time to refresh over this holiday period so we can come back and hit the ground running in the new year.
