What can I learn from this page? | How to launch an unattributed survey |

Quick Links:
Culture Amp does not manage any communications with survey participants for Unattributed Surveys. All communications must therefore be sent internally within your organisation, outside of the Culture Amp platform. Culture Amp simply provides a common link to be used by ALL participants completing the survey.
Launching an unattributed survey activates the survey link so that it can be completed by participants. When the link is clicked, a new survey response link is generated. To access the survey, the participant will need to enter the authorisation code (available on the settings page of your survey setup), unless you configure the survey link to bypass this step.
Please note if the link is clicked prior to the survey being launched, participants will receive a message informing them that the survey has not yet been activated.
Launch an Unattributed Survey
Click Edit Survey for a specific survey on your Surveys page
Click the Launch Plan tab
Click Launch Now
Click the Copy icon to grab the link, authorization code, and suggested text, to be used in the survey invitation that you draft
💡 Tip: Use the link copied to the clipboard as the shareable survey link. Do not click the link, then copy the subsequent URL as the survey link, as this is a single survey response link and can't be used again (participants will see a Thank You page if the link was used by another participant to submit a survey). The link to be used is the one displayed on the Launch Plan page.
Edit an active survey
Click into the Questions tab >> Edit Survey option to make edits to your live survey.
Note: once the survey has been activated you will still be able to make edits, however, you should take care if some survey responses have already been submitted by employees.
Close an unattributed survey
Once the survey has been launched, you will be able to close the survey from the Launch Plan page using the Close Now button. Once closed, no further survey submissions can be made.
Reopen a closed unattributed survey
If you need to reopen a closed survey, you can do so from the Launch Plan page using the Reopen Survey button.
Allow participants to bypass the authorisation code by adding it directly to the URL
Just add&authorization_code=CODEHERE
(replacing "CODEHERE" with your own code) to the end of the survey link, and the system will automatically use this code. For example, if your survey link was:
https://cultureamp.cultureamp.com/adhoc/account?code=54f5eb27db4d085bc200076d
Code:abcd
You can make your link:
https://cultureamp.cultureamp.com/adhoc/account?code=54f5eb27db4d085bc200076d&authorization_code=abcd
