Who can use this feature?

Available on:

  • All Culture Amp subscriptions that include Engagement or Effectiveness (Manager and Team Effectiveness surveys).

Once your survey results are ready to share, you can start thinking about rolling them out to people within your organization using the report-sharing function. Reports overview


Sharing survey results with your organization helps connect employees and close the feedback loop. Culture Amp offers three main report options:

  1. Survey Summary Report: A high-level summary for all employees who participated.

  2. Filtered Report: Customize results by demographic group, such as department.

  3. Leader-based reports: Enable managers to drill down into results for their reporting line.
