Overview
If you don't have administrator access for Culture Amp, but are interested in exporting your own data from Culture Amp, this guide is for you!
You'll learn:
Key Benefits
Access your data anytime — download your goals and other content easily.
Stay organized — keep personal records or share your work externally.
No admin needed — export data you already have access to.
What You Can Export
Goals
You can export goals you have access to in bulk, directly from your Goals page:
Go to Goals in the top navigation.
Select the relevant tab:
Your Goals – Export goals where you’re an owner.
Direct Reports – (Visible to managers) Exports your team’s goals.
Company Goals – Exports company-wide goals you have access to.
All Goals – Exports all goals you have visibility access to.
Click Export Goals in the top right of each relevant tab.
A CSV file will be downloaded to your device with all the available goals from that view.
Tip: Not seeing all the goals you're expecting? Make sure you have removed all filters from the view before exporting, and keep in mind that these goal exports default to a 2-year date range. You can apply a different date range filter before exporting if needed!
Shared Survey Reports
If you’ve had survey results shared with you, you can export them:
Go to Feedback > Surveys > Reports.
Click into a shared report.
Use the built-in Export option on each report tab.
For more information on the survey exports that may be available for your shared reports, see our Survey Export Options guide.
Action Plans
If you were part of a survey that included Action Plans:
Go to Goals > Action Plans.
Find any Action Plans linked to reports you were involved in.
Export if needed from this view.
Exporting Other Features Manually
For other features, you will not have access to a built-in export option. These include:
1-on-1s
Anytime Feedback
Manager Reviews
Self Reflections
Development Plans
Skills Coach
To save this content, you can use your device’s Print to PDF feature.
Save a Page as a PDF
Open the page you want to save.
Press:
Cmd + P on Mac
Ctrl + P on Windows
In the print screen window, choose Save as PDF.
Save the file to your device.
Print screen PDF exports capture your current screen data and compile it into a downloadable PDF, making it a useful workaround for any platform areas without built-in export options.
Tip: You can also take screenshots if it's easier, or you only need to save a small section of the page.
FAQs
Can I access my survey submissions?
No, we do not offer access to review your submitted survey responses. If you would like to keep a record of these, we would recommend taking screenshots of your responses before the final submission of the survey.
